I was suprised that there were almost no options available.

Consider the engine one big option.

561/mo? God damn that is doable. Hell that is less than 2 weeks of child support payments

Shit, do I need to lose my license again?

The Charger should actually have some options to play around with I hope.

They did say this wouldn't be a limited production product. I imagine that means they'll treat it just like any other vehicle they sell.

I agree. This is the best-worst idea I've ever heard of. Great for the hooner, not so much the hoonee.

Guys, a lease is not a long term rental. You break it you bought it. You destroy tires, you buy new. You kill transmission from hooning and they don't feel like warranty? That's on you too. On top of that after you pay all these hooning related repairs you have to give it back at the end unless you feel like paying for the remaining value of the car. I think leasing a hellcat would be a terrible idea.

Usually Chrysler's advertised leases include $3000 down, so there's that.

But I'm not surprised at all that they're leasing it. They lease Vipers too. The reason being is that the kind of people who buy expensive cars love to lease because they love always having a new one, and by allowing leases they're opening themselves up to more business. I forget the exact statistic but a staggering majority of new Porsches are leased.

Wow. Who is going to pick up a used Hellcat and think," I bet this one was pampered by an 80year old?" The resale on these are going be as cheap as a neon, and I am more than ok with that. Bring on the DEPRICIATION!!!

The "hoon the long term rental car" in capital letters and with multiple exclamations made me laugh uncontrollably.

Actually rental places will try to do the same thing to you - unless you opt for their very expensive insurance policy. Hertz tried to slap me for 400 buck charge for damaging the underside of their car..WTF. I didn't drive it off road..haha.

Everyone has insurance from their credit card...(actually AE has a program that gives you even more insurance) plus the normal car insurance from their regular car..

But Hertz will charge you like 20 bucks a day on additional special hertz insurance. So if you go with a monthly rental it really adds up..

Who rents a car for a month that their company or insurance isn't paying for?

Hmm, <$600 a month is a very cheap way to own 707hp me thinks.
